Membership
You can register: - via the registration form you receive from or can ask the teacher for - via our website, www.dansstudioflexx.nl. You go to the registration section, fill out the form, and submit it. You will enter into a membership for a period of 5 months. After this, the membership will be renewed each time until the end of the payment period. You can cancel before January 1st and August 1st.

Dance Studio Flexx reserves the right to cancel a class or have it replaced by another instructor in case of insufficient enrolment. Membership for the select groups is renewed for the entire season after each audition.

Payment period and payment
Dance Studio Flexx has 2 payment periods of 5 months. From September 1 to January 31, you must pay by August 15. From February 1 to June 30, you must pay by January 15. For the months of July and August, no tuition fees are collected. No classes will be held during that time either. Consultation can take place regarding a different payment term. Dance Studio Flexx reserves the right to deny access to the class if the due amount is not paid by August 15 or January 15, and may charge a €10.00 administration fee.

Family and multiple lesson discount

Do you take multiple classes, or are there multiple children from one family dancing with us? Then you benefit from a discount:

• 2nd and 3rd child => 15% discount, OR 2nd and 3rd lesson => 15% discount
• 4th and 5th child => 20% discount, OR 4th and 5th lesson => 20% discount

The discount is calculated on the tuition fees in descending order: you pay the highest tuition fee in full, and on the subsequent amounts, you receive the discount.

Notice period
Cancellation of the membership can only be done in writing or by email: By submitting the registration form, you agree to a membership period of 5 months. After this, the membership will be extended each time until the end of the payment period. You can cancel before January 1st and August 1st.

Performance
Every year, Dansstudio Flexx organises a performance at Theatre C in the month of May or June. Everyone participates in this. If your daughter/son cannot participate, we would like to know this as soon as possible, before February 1st. The contribution for the performance, 2 tickets, and costume money will be collected with the tuition fees from February to June. This amount will not be refunded if you terminate your membership within the period from February 1 to June.

Illness and vacation
Tuition fees are non-refundable. In the case of a serious injury or prolonged illness, as evidenced by a doctor's note, the membership can be suspended for a maximum of 6 weeks from the moment you report it. During school holidays, there are no classes; you can find the dates at www.balletstudioflex.nl.

Liability
Dance Studio Flexx accepts no liability for bodily injury, both during and before and after the lessons. Dansstudio Flexx also accepts no liability for theft of or damage to personal belongings.
